This charming hotel is ideally located right next to the mall and provides stunning views of the valley. The staff is fantastic and extremely helpful, catering to specific group needs. The food is delicious, especially at Cafe Tavern, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. On the Dusshera festival, the hotel decor is fabulous and adds to the festive spirit.

Some guests reported a few maintenance issues with the bathroom, but this is certainly not a deal-breaker considering the overall experience.

The complimentary breakfast had a variety of delicious dishes. The staff was friendly and the owner, Mr. Sandeep Sahni, personally ensured our comfort. Sitting in the lawns and enjoying the panoramic view of the Doon valley was truly rejuvenating. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday.

The location of this hotel is perfect! I was able to walk to the mall in less than a minute and there were plenty of open areas and the market place nearby. The restaurant by the front office was also very convenient. The service here was exceptional with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and even grocery shopping service available. The room amenities were great too, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The mini-bar was a nice touch as well. The terrace and garden areas were beautiful and I enjoyed sitting outside on the garden furniture.

I recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
